Shelters & More

At the 2014 NRPA in Charlotte, ICON introduced the IRONWORKS line of shelters and site furnishings. The shelter sold to Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department and is installed at Berewick Park. For 2015, ICON has refined and expanded the line to include more shelters and matching site furnishings, including benches, tables, fire pits and litter receptacles. "I" beam columns and heavy timber rafters proved to be quite popular in a market filled with tubular steel shelters.
