Diversifying Your Fitness Center
In these challenging economic times, fitness facilities of all types know that getting people to join and get active and then keeping them coming back for more is critical to success. And because exercisers can work out at their own pace and intensity, mom and dad can work out alongside their children.
To maintain kids' interest, consider incorporating gaming, challenges and contests. With the technological capabilities of many manufacturers, online challenges can inspire kids to compete with other teams from across the country. It gets them excited about exercise and keeps them coming back for more.
It's not just kids who can benefit from indoor rowers, either. Older members will be attracted by the impact-free nature of this exercise.
