Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. announced that it has acquired Recreonics, Inc., a leading national distributor of equipment and supplies with a focus on institutional and commercial swimming pool facilities. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Recreonics was founded in 1965 by Frank Jones, Jr. and is run today by Michael Garland. Michael will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees. Michael will also be promoted to Vice President, Commercial for Heritage as the company builds out the industry’s leading omnichannel commercial platform under the Recreonics brand banner.
