Some 57.1% of respondents to the 2024 Industry Report Survey said they currently host youth sports programs at their facilities,
while 46% say their facilities are home to adult sports teams.
Respondents from Ys were the most likely to provide youth sports programming. Some 79.2% of Y respondents said they currently offer youth sports at their facilities. They were followed by respondents from parks (75.7%) and rec centers (70%).
Respondents from colleges were the most likely to provide adults sports programming at their facilities, with 60% indicating they currently host adult sports teams. They were followed by respondents from parks (56.5%) and rec centers (55.6%).
