Jon succeeds Lennie Rhoades, who is stepping down to pursue new opportunities.

With over two decades of experience, Jon brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success. Since joining Fluidra over two years ago, he has played an integral role in the company’s growth, especially in the commercial and spa sectors. His leadership has driven significant advancements in Fluidra’s market presence, positioning him well for this expanded role.

Prior to joining Fluidra, Jon spent 12 years as President of KIK Consumer Products’ Pool Division, where he developed and executed comprehensive growth strategies that helped establish KIK as a global leader in pool chemicals. His deep operational expertise and leadership acumen make him well-equipped to guide Fluidra North America into its next phase.
