Starting October 1, 2024, specialized results from Matrix's cardio workouts, such as the research-based Sprint 8 program, will seamlessly integrate into the Welld platform, enabling health professionals to track and report population outcomes more effectively.
This integration broadens Welld’s program offerings to include Sprint 8, a 20-minute, high-intensity interval training program designed to deliver proven results, whether for weight loss, personal training, corporate wellness programs or even diabetes prevention. The integration is compatible with Matrix’s Touch, Touch XL, Target Training and Virtual Training Cycle Consoles.
