A majority (80.9%) of respondents to the Aquatic Trends survey in 2025 said that they rely on certification programs to further the
education of their aquatic teams.
More than one-third (36.3%) said they send their aquatic team members to local, state or international conferences to help further their education, and nearly three in 10 (29.6%) said they rely on online education.
Smaller numbers of aquatic professionals turn to regional workshops (13.3%), mentorship programs (8.6%), or other (1.9%) methods to help bring their aquatic teams up to speed on best practices in aquatic operations.
