Group exercise was the top fitness-related program covered in the 2025 Industry Report survey, with more than half (55.9%) of respondents indicating that they currently host group exercise programs. Fitness programs in general, including cardio, strength and
more, were offered by 55.4% of respondents.
Mind-body/balance programs such as yoga, Pilates and tai chi were also common programs offered by respondents, with nearly half (47.9%) reporting that they currently host this type of programming.
Slightly less common were functional fitness programs (33.4%), aquatic exercise programs (32%) and personal training programs (31.2%).
