Respondents to the 2025 Industry Report survey from Ys and camps were the most likely to report that they were involved in assistance with disaster recovery in their communities. Some 18.2% of respondents from Ys and 17.3% from camps said they were involved
with this kind of initiative. They were followed by parks, where 15.3% of respondents had involvement in disaster recovery assistance. This compares with 11.6% of all respondents to the survey who were involved in assisting with disaster recovery in their communities or regions.
Fewer respondents overall—7.5%—said that they were involved in climate resilience initiatives. Here, respondents from parks were the most likely to have such involvement, with 12.9% of park respondents indicating they were involved in climate resilience initiatives. They were followed by respondents from rec centers (7.2%).
