BCI Burke announces the launch of Vero™ (patent pending), a freestanding motion play experience designed to deliver whole-body movement, sensory engagement and shared play in a compact footprint. Exclusive to Burke and designed for children ages 2–12, Vero introduces a new category of motion play that blends smooth mechanics, inclusive access and intuitive movement in a sleek, comfortable form.
As communities continue to prioritize inclusive design and developmentally rich play, Vero offers a motion experience that feels both new and natural. Its gentle, rhythmic movement supports balance, coordination and focus while encouraging children to explore movement on their own terms. By inviting users to sit, kneel, lounge or lean in, Vero supports longer engagement, cooperation and intergenerational play across abilities.
Designed to add high play value without a large footprint, Vero combines a freestanding form with clean lines, quiet mechanics and a compact use zone. This play event integrates easily into a wide range of outdoor environments, complementing surrounding Burke play structures and events while expanding opportunities for movement and sensory exploration. Vero features a transfer-height entry for added inclusion, multiple hand supports and self-regulated motion that allows children of all abilities to control their play experience. Its distinctive rolling movement provides vestibular and proprioceptive input without the intensity of spinning or swinging, supporting comfort, calm and focus during play. Room for two players encourages shared experiences, conversation and turn-taking in a low-pressure, child-directed environment.
